If by any reason, you wish to part with a product you bought from or are unhappy with the quality of the product, you can always send it back to us for replacement with any other item. And we promise we will not quibble, argue or frame excuses. It is your right and we respect it. By doing this, we also ensure that our main motto of a memorable shopping experience remains intact; we wish to be in your good books.

We try to Serve Fresh Products to Customer and For that We try to get Products from Approved Vendors.

For Freshness of Products we have a strict Quality Control System.

1) Frozen Products and Other Products that have issue with temperature may have some quality issue when these products reach to you.
2) When you accept Courier, You accept that Products reached to you Fresh and Hygienic.
3) After Receiving Products if you have Issue with Freshness of Products then please contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
4) Third Party Products like Fast food, Milk and other Product's Freshness depends on Vendor too. In Case of Third Party Products , Customer should communicate with Actual Vendor.

Though we are always working hard to match your expectations and deliver you quality products, on time, but still, in case, you have decided that you want a replacement, we are ready to help you out. In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a replacement without any deduction.

1) We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order.
2) There is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered by you.
